Set up learners after your PA IBHS pack purchase
Use this checklist if your organization has bought the PA IBHS ten-seat recording pack. Confirm the order reference and make sure every learner can sign in.
1. Request the staff accounts
One pack covers up to ten staff seats. After purchase, the product page asks your organization to send support the staff email addresses and says accounts are set up within one business day. Each seat has six months of access from setup.
Use the link below to open a draft in your email app. It asks support how to provide staff email addresses securely; add your organization, order reference, seat count and target start date in the draft. Review and send it yourself. The link does not send a message or collect staff information on this page.
Prepare an account setup requestIf you cannot open an email app, contact Special Learning and ask for account setup help.
2. Check each learner’s access
Ask each person to sign in and confirm they can open the training. Note the actual setup date for each seat, follow up on any access problem and never share passwords in the tracker.
3. Keep the training plan with the records
The pack includes 17 recorded sessions and slides. It documents training clock hours, not BACB continuing-education credit, and by itself does not establish completion of Pennsylvania’s initial BHT requirements. Your clinical lead and OMHSAS licensing representative should review the training, hours and each staff member’s plan.
