Track access for a PA IBHS ten-seat pack
A paper checklist for the person coordinating a team purchase. Use an internal staff ID on this sheet; do not write passwords. This page has no form submission.
1. Record the order
Purchase or invoice reference: ____________________ Purchase date: ____________________
Training lead: ____________________ Target start: ____________________
One PA IBHS agency pack covers up to ten staff seats. Each seat has six months of access from setup; record the actual setup date for each seat. After purchase, send support up to ten staff email addresses; the product page says accounts are set up within one business day. Confirm each learner can sign in.
For more than ten staff, print a separate sheet for each pack and keep its order reference with the sheet.
2. Check each learner’s access
Mark access tested only after that learner confirms they can sign in and open their training. Use the last column for the person responsible for resolving an issue; keep passwords and private clinical details off this sheet.

Access confirmed for ______ of ______ planned learners. Follow up on every open issue.
3. Keep the training record separately
The pack contains 17 recorded sessions and downloadable slides. Each learner must pass the session quiz for its completion certificate. The pack documents training clock hours, not BACB continuing-education credit; it does not by itself establish completion of Pennsylvania’s initial BHT requirement. Your agency’s clinical lead and OMHSAS licensing representative determine how training applies to each person’s role.
