Every state writes this differently. Some require a certificate. Some require hours on a state syllabus and no certificate. Some require a state credential instead of a BACB one. A national sentence that begins "your technicians must be RBTs" is false in more verified states than it's true.
This page is a classification, not a legal opinion and not a course catalog. It doesn't attach any Special Learning product to a state duty. Course fit is a separate clinical read.
