A new class of behavior technicians is starting. Try the training with them first.

For ABA agency directors and training leads. This is a free one-week try-out of our Level 1 ABA Online Training Course with your own new hires. Four steps, a short huddle, and a clear yes or no at the end.

The try-out, step by step

1. Pick 3 to 10 people from your next class

Choose new hires who'll be working with clients soon, and one supervisor to lead the huddle. Give them paid time to watch both trial sessions.

2. Decide what "good enough to buy" means, before anyone watches

Write it down now, so the result decides. A simple bar: most of the group finishes both sessions within the 7 days, your new hires can explain the ideas in their own words, and your clinical lead finds nothing that conflicts with how you train.

3. Each person starts the free trial

Send your group the link below. Each person registers their own free account and gets the first 2 sessions for 7 days: "What is Autism" and "ABA Overview". Start everyone on the same day. You won't see their progress from your side, so ask each person to tell you when they've finished.

Before they watch session 1, share this note: This session presents information from 2012. Since 2013, the DSM-5 has classified autism under one diagnosis, autism spectrum disorder, instead of autistic disorder, PDD-NOS and Asperger's. The CDC's 2022 surveillance (published in 2025) identified autism in about 1 in 31 eight-year-olds in the communities it monitors. In a study that followed younger siblings of autistic children from early in life, about 1 in 5 were diagnosed with autism by age 3.

4. Hold a 20-minute huddle at the end of the week

Leave out the names and private details of the people you serve. Ask what was new, what they already knew, and whether the rest of the course would help them and why. Then check the answers against the bar you wrote in step 2.

If the answer is yes

The Level 1 ABA Online Training Course for groups is $99 a learner for groups of 10 or more, as one purchase. It has nine sessions and a final exam, and each learner has 10 weeks from the day they activate. If you need a written quote or a purchase order, tell us how many people and when they start.

What this course isn't

Your supervisors and clinical lead remain responsible for how each new hire is trained and supervised.
